What this site collects, and where it goes.

What's collected

The contact form at forthstead.ai/contact collects the name, email address, company name, and message you choose to submit. Separately, this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure traffic — a privacy-focused, cookieless measurement tool that does not use tracking scripts or collect personal data across sites. No advertising pixels and no cookies are set by this site.

Who processes it

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a US-based third-party form provider, and delivered to a Microsoft 365 mailbox operated by Forthstead. Formspree's own privacy policy governs its handling of the data in transit and in their systems. Aggregate, anonymized traffic measurement is processed by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or persistent identifiers and does not track individuals across websites.

Who controls it

Jarvis & Associates LLC, trading as Forthstead, is the data controller for anything submitted through this site.

Requesting deletion

To request that a submission be deleted, email hello@forthstead.ai with the email address you submitted the form with, and it will be removed from both the Formspree account and the receiving mailbox.
